Professional astrologers, Vastu consultants, and partner agencies using SignAstro white-labeling or listing profiles in the directory must adhere to professional ethics:

No Fear-Mongering: Never exploit astrological afflictions (such as Mangal Dosha, Kaal Sarp Dosha, or Sade Sati) to panic clients into commissioning exorbitant ceremonies or unauthorized rituals.
Empathetic & Responsible Counseling: Frame astrological indicators with realistic, practical guidance and remedies. Avoid giving fatalistic predictions regarding health, accidents, or death.
Accurate Profiles: B2B profile listings must use authentic names, registered firm names, verified credentials, and real photos. False representation or misleading certifications is strictly prohibited.
Platform Disclaimers: Never advise a client to substitute astrological, numerological, or Vastu guidance for legitimate medical, clinical, financial, or legal professional advice.

3 User & Seeker Conduct (B2C Customers)

Users seeking automated reports or one-on-one consultations are expected to interact responsibly:

Accurate Data Submission: Provide truthful birth data (Date, Time, Place of Birth). Do not submit unauthorized third-party information without consent.
Courteous Communication: When connecting with astrologers via WhatsApp or customer support, abusive language, harassment, hate speech, or unsolicited spam will result in an immediate service ban.
Realistic Expectations: Astrological computations and interpretations are personalized spiritual observations, not guaranteed deterministic outcomes.

4 Prohibited Behaviors & Content Violations

The following actions violate our platform standards and will trigger immediate account suspension:

Black Magic & Unethical Claims: Promoting superstitious curses, black magic, guarantees of unalterable future outcomes, or lotteries/gambling predictions.
Circumvention & Scraping: Reverse-engineering calculation engines, running unauthorized crawlers/bots, or attempting to compromise Swiss Ephemeris microservices.
Platform Misuse: Falsifying payment splits, initiating fraudulent dispute claims, or abusing the B2B 3-day trial system.
Hate Speech & Discrimination: Promoting hatred or bias based on caste, religion, gender, race, disability, or marital status.

5 Reporting & Enforcement

Enforcement Measures: SignAstro reserves the right to issue warnings, remove white-label permissions, hide practitioner profiles from the community directory, or permanently terminate accounts without refund for violations.
