• B2B Professional Profile Data: Business/firm name, corporate logo, professional bio, and related practitioner identifiers.
• Transactional Information: Order IDs, purchased report categories, payment status, and timestamps.
• Technical Device Logs: IP address, browser type, operating system, and anonymous cookies collected during browsing.

2 Purpose and Legal Basis of Data Processing

We process your personal data for the following lawful purposes:

• Calculating and generating natal charts, planetary positions, Dasha timelines, and downloadable PDF reports.
• Authenticating registered accounts, managing dashboard access, and tracking purchased report history.
• Facilitating billing, subscriptions, and receipt generation via our integrated payment gateway.
• Enabling communications between users and verified astrological consultants on WhatsApp when explicitly requested by the customer.

3 Payment Processing & Financial Security

• All payment processing is directly executed through PCI-DSS certified infrastructure provided by Razorpay Software Private Limited.
• Razorpay handles tokenized card data and bank information under their independent privacy and security policies. Transactions appear under the merchant name VEBLOGY INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGY PVT. LTD.

4 Data Sharing & Third-Party Disclosures

Data is only shared in the following situations:

• Service Providers & Cloud Infrastructure: Third-party cloud hosts, database providers, and transactional communication services (e.g., SMTP email services, Razorpay gateway) that assist in delivering the product.
• Independent Astrologers (Marketplace): If you purchase a direct consultation add-on, your relevant chart parameters and contact details are forwarded to the selected astrologer to facilitate your reading.
• Statutory / Legal Compliance: Where required by law, subpoena, or government authority operating within Indian jurisdiction.

5 Data Storage and Retention

• Birth details and generated reports remain accessible in your account’s order history for your future convenience and re-downloads.
• You may at any time request the deletion of your account and associated birth logs by emailing our grievance desk at contact@veblogy.com.
• Billing and tax-related transaction histories are retained as required by Indian accounting and corporate statutes.

6 Data Subject Rights

As a user in India under applicable data protection regulations, you have the right to:

• Access a summary of the personal data you have supplied to us.
• Request the correction or completion of inaccurate birth or contact details.
