• B2C Services: Free basic astrological charts and instant automated premium digital reports (e.g., Kundli, Astro-Vastu, Dosha analysis, Numerology, Career, Matchmaking).
• B2B SaaS Subscriptions & Credits: Professional subscription tiers, credit wallets, and white-labeled reporting engines for practicing astrologers and agencies.
• Marketplace / Consultations: Paid connection facilities enabling users to schedule or initiate consultations with registered astrological practitioners via third-party communication channels (such as WhatsApp).

3 Entertainment & Astrological Guidance Disclaimer

• For Guidance & Entertainment Only: Vedic Astrology, Numerology, Tarot, and Astro-Vastu analysis provided through SignAstro are interpretive arts based on traditional astrological principles and computational models. All generated reports, predictions, and consultations are provided for spiritual, reflective, and guidance purposes only.
• No Professional Substitute: Predictions and suggested remedies (including gemstones, yantras, and lifestyle practices) do not constitute medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice. We expressly disclaim any liability for decisions or actions taken by you based on data, forecasts, or advice provided by the platform or independent astrologers.

4 Account Registration & Security

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration or checkout (Name, Date of Birth, Time of Birth, and Place of Birth).
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and account activities.
• SignAstro reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts that engage in fraudulent behavior, unauthorized scraping, reverse-engineering, or violation of applicable laws.

5 Payments, Billing & Razorpay Integration

• Payment Processing: All online payments on SignAstro are processed securely through the payment gateway operated by Razorpay.
• Entity Billing: Transactions are charged under the merchant account of our legal parent entity, VEBLOGY INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGY PVT. LTD. Your bank/card statements will reflect charges under VEBLOGY INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGY PVT. LTD. or Razorpay.
• Pricing: All fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to dynamic pricing, applicable taxes, or promotions as displayed at checkout.
• B2B Subscriptions: B2B plans may operate on recurring payment cycles (annual/monthly) or wallet credit systems. Recurring subscriptions are charged according to the schedule selected upon signup.

7 Intellectual Property & B2B Usage Rights

• The software architecture, algorithmic calculations, underlying proprietary database models, design templates, text, and visual layouts of SignAstro belong solely to VEBLOGY INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGY PVT. LTD.
• B2B License: Active B2B subscribers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to add their firm logo/name to generate white-labeled PDF reports for distribution to their individual clients. B2B subscribers are strictly prohibited from reverse engineering, sub-licensing, reselling the core software engine/API, or scraping platform data.
